MORE WATER !! I know those are "old" photos, but there isn't enough water at ANY of those feeding stations. Spread the word, put out MORE WATER at every feeding station. AT LEAST 10 GALLONS at every station.
I was there mid-November, with Jane Garrison's group, ARNO - (Animal Rescue New Orleans) putting food and water drops all over the uninhabitable parts of the city - leaving drip pans beneath active spigots whenever possible when the water was on. We saw plenty of evidence of animals, and occasionally actually saw animals - but during the day they're in hiding; coming out at night.
