What happened to that white dog's leg which was like black? Was he dead?
big brother, i must say that you are doing a good thing getting these photos out there for people to see. kudos for the duck photo in the last post - i must admit that birds and waterfowl had not even crossed my mind...

The burns - we saw animals that were brought in from New Orleans with chemical burns and fire burns that had happened after the hurricane. chemical burns caused by the toxins in the floodwater, fire burns caused by many fires (burst gas lines? electrical? deliberately set?) that firemen couldn't begin to get to.
