I think matt said he doesent know the storys of the animals in the pictures. I think the dog with the eyes problem was maybe choked or been close to hung -may be by a owner that had left him chained -maybe he was cot? in the storm and was choked from wind or water when chained and now luckist to be alive . I hope this dog is now better like you all do.
